Design and convert manual Finance records to Sage Line 50, this £800k turnover company had grown very quickly and previously had no detailed Finance information available. It struggled with manual invoicing methods and had no project costing system setup. We devised worksheets templates and established remote working for staff not based at head office to access and update server records.

Company restructuring is an unenviable task but sometimes necessary, recently we have been involved in re costing overheads and staff positions in two company's that were trading independently, they had common Directors. The outcome of the review saw some positions overlapping to reduce the wage overhead as positions became vacant.

Preparation of annual accounts should start in advance of year end external auditing, your procedures should ensure this is not a large task. We have worked with a number of company's who did not have the staff in post to ensure all records were intact/ accurate and available for the year-end audit to commence. We updated the asset register, reconciled balance sheet accounts to ensure the information was accurate at the end of the Financial year to ensure the process was completed quickly.

Company Administration is a difficult time, we have worked with company's that have been through this process coping with the additional pressure moving from one company to another. We have worked with the Administrators to assist recover of Debtor ledgers on their behalf.

Recruitment can be difficult process, , we have helped manage this process.

We have worked with agencies to find the right person to fit in so they can deliver now and grow with the company in the future.

Web based working methods can help solve traveling issues for staff who commute and work some way from the main office hub. We have successfully implemented web based booking systems for a staffing agency and other businesses to reduce traveling time.

The benefit to both employee and employer is two fold as both side feel released from tasks that are not productive, instead they can get on with more important matters.

Managers can at first seem skeptical of home working but when the output increases they soon buy in.

Computer systems maintenance and procurement can be daunting to people with little or no expertise in this area. We have brought in this expertise, project managed the upgrading of servers and dealing with security issues for company's we have worked with.
